Welcome to winter in Nanoose.  Let’s hope local groundhogs (or marmots) have done their due diligence and Spring is just around the corner.

It’s time for us to look forward to another great year with friends and it’s also a time to consider what makes our club successful.  It’s YOU……. and the fact that there’s lots of options for everyone to get involved with and to participate in.

This year we’ll continue the focus on delivering exceptional speakers, developing new and exciting out-and-abouts and celebrating at our special events.  Our new management team is committed to looking at some new ideas and providing a preview calendar that will give everyone an opportunity to plan well in advance.  We’re also hoping new members and those with creative ideas will step forward to suggest, and take leadership roles in helping us bring different programs and excursions to our group.

Our club’s vitality depends on input and communications from members and we want to know what we’re doing right and what we can improve on so make sure you share your thoughts with us.  Don’t be shy!

I’d also like to offer a special thanks to Robert Grose and the whole 2015 management  team for their efforts.  They (along with previous groups) have provided a strong base for us and it will continue.  We appreciate their commitment and dedication.

So……. with Valentines Day closing in fast, let’s wear our hearts on our sleeves and share a little happiness with everyone; it’s contagious and it’s priceless!  Be part of the 2016 dynamics and let’s have some fun.
