Prior to retirement, they farmed in the Virden area of Manitoba for 25 years and then owned their own kitchen/bath business for seven years.
Florian is an avid golfer and Joyce reads, swims and belongs to Oceanside Grandmothers to Grandmothers. Their Nanoose location gives them the opportunity to enjoy live theatre up and down the island and be closer to their scattered family.
Joyce says that they “appreciate Probus for the interesting presentations and information on our home area”.
