The second, hopefully annual, Dim Sum Lunch was held on February 1st at Shanghai City Restaurant.
Working ahead of time with Phoebe, the lovely owner, we were able to taste 11 different items with endless pots of tea. Our 36 members just fit into the private room, where the staff worked diligently to try to get everyone a taste of everything. The best news? It was under $21 per person… with tip!
