December Meeting Update – Dec 2 meeting switched to zoom only!

Due to adverse weather and winter road conditions, our December 2 meeting has been switched to ZOOM only. We regret that we will not be meeting in person, however safety comes first. Our special treats will be held over to the January meeting.

Our 2022 PROBUS Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via ZOOM at 9:15 am on Friday, December 2nd. We anticipate the meeting to be about 30 to 45 minutes long.

There are (3) resolutions that our club members need to vote on at the AGM. One is to appoint the Financial Reviewer for the 2022 financial statement which will be prepared early in 2023. The second is to adopt the proposed budget for 2023. The third is to appoint your Management Committee for 2023.
