Christmas at Cuckoo’s
It was a full house at Cuckoo’s Trattoria & Pizzeria in Coombs for our annual club Christmas luncheon,.
Beverley Wilson’s festive table centre pieces greeted our members as we entered our private dining area for a delicious plated luncheon of roasted turkey breast medallions with maple glazed ham entree followed by Cuckoo’s version of their assortito dessert platter. Served with a variety of traditional Italian Christmas sweets.
There was unanimous agreement that “Christmas at Cuckoos” was a success I thought the staff was fantastic, catering to all our needs and so cheerfully. Beverly says that working with Fausto, the manager, was a total joy for her “No wonder the restaurant is so successful under his guidance.”
