We meet the first Friday of every month except August, when there is no meeting. Meeting dates are changed if they fall on Statutory holidays.
Most meetings feature a speaker and are followed by a very short business meeting which highlights upcoming activities, members’ suggestions for new restaurants, movies, etc. and occasionally, some real business of the Club (such as the AGM).
The December meeting is an exception – food, music and good cheer replace the speaker.
Meetings are held in St. Mary’s Church hall, 2600 Powder Point Road, Nanoose Bay, BC, starting at 9:15 AM.
