The Annual General Meeting is typically held at the regular monthly Member Meeting in February
each year. The required quorum is 25% of registered members. If there is no quorum, the
Annual General Meeting is to be adjourned until the next regular member meeting
when a quorum is present.
For members unable to attend the AGM, a Proxy Voting Form form is available here. After downloading and completing the form, please deliver or mail the original, or email a PDF file or photo of the completed and signed Proxy to your designate and send an e-mail to the President of our Northwest Bay Probus Club of your decision to use a Proxy, at nwbp.comms@gmail.com.
