Please note that our next General Meeting will be held on April 14th, as the first Friday of the month falls on Good Friday.
Thanks to all the people who made such a special effort for our initial 20th anniversary celebration – Don Dempson for the wonderful slide show; Ian Kennedy, for travelling so far to give his short speech; Terry Kelly for arranging the goodies and managing the time as it was such a busy meeting; Norm, for keeping track of so many different presentations; Marcel, for allowing us all to have a Jacques-Cousteau- moment; Joanie for putting together such a good presentation of future Outs and Abouts that lots of people signed up to. This is what makes Probus fun. So many people involved with making it happen. Please forgive me if I have forgotten anybody.

Do any of you know of a really good speaker whose expertise would be of interest to our members? If so, please get in touch with the Speaker’s Committee – Terry Kelly, Margaret Stevens or Al MacDonald. The Speaker’s Committee is already starting to arrange speakers for 2024 and is always looking for a topic to draw people to meetings.
We hope that everyone has now paid their Probus dues for 2023 and signed their waiver forms. In the case of couples, both partners are required to sign the form. The waiver form is needed for insurance purposes and must be completed annually.
