We meet the first Friday of every month except August and December, when the meetings are replaced by special events, i.e. the Summer Picnic and the Christmas lunch, respectively.  Meeting dates are changed if they fall on Statutory holidays.

Most meetings feature a speaker and are followed by a very short business meeting which highlights upcoming activities, members’ suggestions for new restaurants, movies, etc. and occasionally, some real business of the Club (such as the AGM).

Meetings are held in St. Mary’s Church hall, 2600 Powder Point Road, Nanoose Bay, BC, starting at 9:15 AM.
