Out & About:Theatre Night

OfficeHoursPosterPROBUS GOES TO THE THEATRE – March 11.

Many tears were shed by the 22 Probus members who got together to see Office Hours  at the Bailey Studio in Nanaimo on March 11; fortunately they were tears of laughter!  The six-scene comedy, by Canadian playwright Norm Foster irreverently made fun of humankind, often doing silly things that humans shouldn’t do to or with each other.  The small cast changed roles seamlessly and the audience came to realize that most of the characters are interconnected, sometimes in rather strange ways.

It was also good to see that little theatre is appreciated in our area; not an empty seat in the house.

Thanks for Robert Grose for organizing this fun evening.
